At Mangalmay By Aastha, each piece is crafted with love and care, making them truly special. While we typically don't do returns or refunds, we get that sometimes things don't go as planned. If, by any chance, your order arrives damaged or defective, don't worry! Just shoot us a quick email at mangalmaybyaastha@gmail.com, and we'll arrange for an exchange.

For a hassle-free exchange, make sure the product is unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging with the original invoice. Drop us a line at mangalmaybyaastha@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, and send it back within 2 days of delivery.

Please remember, all returns go through a quality check on our end. Once that's good to go, we'll set you up with a replacement.

And hey, just a heads up – customized pieces are like your favorite playlist on repeat; they don't come with a return or refund option.

Exchange Policy:

To keep the exchange party going, give us a shout within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Anything fashion-related beyond that time frame, unfortunately, won't make it to our party.

Good news! Free shipping is our little gift to you for all orders delivered within India. Since we're all about that made-to-order life, we aim to get your domestic orders to you within 15 business working days.
