Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Mangalmay By Aastha, every piece is made with love and care, especially for you. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right, so we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following simple guidelines.
Returns
We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return, simply contact us on WhatsApp at +91-8209561386 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, the eligible refund amount will be issued as a Mangalmay Gift Card. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or would like to exchange your piece? We’re happy to help. ♡

For eligible exchanges, a ₹150 reverse shipping fee will be applicable.
We work with a trusted courier partner and will arrange the reverse pickup for you. In the rare event that the pickup cannot be completed, you will need to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service at your own cost.
Damaged or Defective Products
We carefully check every piece before dispatch, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91-8209561386, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange or appropriate resolution. No reverse shipping fee will be charged for a product confirmed to be damaged or defective before delivery.
Product Conditions
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed

With all original tags attached
- Free from stains, marks, perfume/deodorant smell, alterations or any signs of use
All returned products are subject to a quality check before a return or exchange is approved.
Shipping
We offer free shipping across India.
As our pieces are made to order, we aim to deliver domestic orders within 15 business working days.
